Once you have your path to the building,
Look for the green awning (shown in image left)
Go through any of the doors under the green awning and you'll see this entrance foyer.
Look out for the Big White Question mark, and walk towards it.
As soon as you get to the "?" turn right.
You'll see a bank of elevators on the right, and a flight of steps up to the left.
Take the stairs up to the glass door. It has "CSAIL" on the door ---->
Go through the door and turn left
You'll see a bunch of big printers.
Go straight ahead towards the hallway towards the left.
Then go down that hallway. At the end of the hallway, you'll see an open lounge area. On the back wall of the area is a door, with a window looking into a room. That's the conference room: 32-262.
